My friends It is time we have a meeting of the counsel to decide on a course of action. We have many people on the stone that neither add to the guild nor bother to talk to any in the guild. These folk do not but fill a spot on a roster. I feel that it is time we purge the stone of the missing folk and would like to meet with all of you to see if I am in the wrong. THis is also on the Council Board.

I agree completely Taylor.
Although some fill their stone with names for appearance sake, I believe that only active participants should be allowed to carry the RoR title.
I also feel this should apply to "active" accounts.
If they aren't playing in these lands, then we dont' need their names upon our rouster.
There are many mules or seconds that I have no clue whom is whom, Im not sure I'd be much help in the execution of the names. But of course I will help you where ever Im needed.
