When I get some time (after finals June 7th), I want to recompile the list of members. We have many who are on the stone but not active. I would like to figure out again who exactly we have still with us, and talk to each person to verify their status. If we cannot reach the person by either icq or email and no one knows anything, I would suggest we delete them. We definitely do not want situations where the person has sold their accounts with characters who are still guilded (and this has happened before).
For new members, I'd like to make sure we have good contact information (email in addition to icq). One issue I see in general about joining a new guild is that it's easy for people to fall through the cracks. This has been something I've thought about for a long time, how do we ensure this doesn't happen?

being visible on icq? I know I periodically just rumage threw my icq list. Its so long that it is frustrating. But if there is someone online that I haven't said hello to in awhile, I take the time to strike a quick conversation. I also think if we could to update a simple ranger list with their icq numbers. Send those to new ppl? or send the new persons icq out in mass list to the rangers? Not everyone pays attentions to boards =( But Icq seems to be the best way to send a message, for me.
